If you are having an issue logging in using the TouchPoint device app for registering a "New Device", "Replacement Device" or "Reinstall", try the following procedure.
1. Click on the Login button
2. Click on UserName to bring keyboard up but don’t enter anything.
3. Click GO and you should get error pop-up
4. On error pop-up click reset credentials
5. After resetting credentials try logging in.
If that doesn’t work try deleting and re-downloading the app.
