I was assigned a new survey, but I don’t see it on my device. How can I download the new survey?

The easiest method is to manually perform a Connect to Server.  To accomplish this in the latest version of TouchPoint Mobile Surveys, simply tap the “Back” button until you reach the “Return to my Surveys” screen.  Next, tap the lower-case i icon in the bottom right.  On the next screen, tap the Opinionmeter logo in the middle of the screen.
